At the edge of the Saint-Roch and Saint-Sauveur districts, animated by a host of neighborhood shops, commercial streets where cafés, bakeries, grocery stores, restaurants, bars and neighborhood shops coexist. A few minutes walk from the historic district of Old Quebec, the Old Port of Quebec and the train station.

Here everything is done on foot, stop in the cafés, bakeries or grocery stores in the neighborhood, visit the city and its historical sites, soak up our Quebec culture. Join the bus routes directly in front of the building or it is possible to rent bicycles nearby. Finally, a free parking access sticker is provided to you.
